Designed as an Expedition Class Landcruiser for the Australian Outback, INTERSTELLA is a 1999 Landcruiser FJ75 Troop Carrier that facilitates up to a two week trip for two people completely off the grid.
In camping mode, the vehicle comprises a kitchen with stove and fridge, a bedroom for two people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and external protected recreational areas. The vehicle includes its own power generation, water and gas distribution systems.
In travel mode, the vehicle incorporates enough fuel for a 1700 km trip without refill, and includes comprehensive communication, navigational and emergency management systems.
